This Fuel pump upgrade kit is aimed at guys who want a pump upgrade for anything from a completely stock car up to 320kw on PUMP fuel. While the pumps we sell are #E85 compatible, they do not have anywhere near the fuel delivery required to be used on ethanol so we don’t recommend using it for that. We have made it so there are no connectors between the pump and the bulkhead. Every connector in a circuit adds resistance, resistance means more heat and inefficiency. Also makes it super easy to install.
We also use a very specific hose as our submersible intank hose. It has not failed us in years of use and once it’s on, the only way it’s coming off is by cutting it up. It doesn’t require clamps as we use push lock fittings to keep the hose in place. This means nothing is going to squash and damage the hose from outside like we see in many pump installs.
We have removed installs that are 5 years old and they look as good as the day we have installed them .😍 #proven
While it’s out we recommend replacing the hanger gasket and replacing the screws that hold the hanger in, many of you will know those heads like to strip and they are an absolute pain to get out when they do.

How hard is it to install?
From removing it out of the tank to doing the install and putting it back in the car. It’s probably 2.5 hours. So fairly easy.
The main feed pump has to be trimmed 6 inches (150MM) and the tube adaptor slides on and tightens up. Doesn’t require any flaring of any sort.
The Pushlock Hose is then pushed onto the Pushlock fitting. The pump locks into the OEM mount at the bottom and doesnt require cable ties or hose clamps 🙂
