Returns Policy

Parts Returns

You have 14 days from the date of delivery to return items for an exchange, refund, or store credit.

We can only accept returns for items that are unused, undamaged, and in original packaging with all accessories. We charge a 30% restocking fee for all item’s returned that are not faulty.

Warranty

All products sold are sold under manufacturer’s warranty and conditions from the date of purchase.

Replacement products or refund (including shipping) will be provided by Raceonly where:

a) The product is faulty or
b) You can provide proof of purchase from Raceonly

Replacement product or refund will only be completed upon receipt and inspection of items that are deemed faulty or incorrectly supplied.

Where a warranty fault has been clearly identified and accepted by us, shipping expenses will be refunded. For any replacements where the shipping expense is being covered by Raceonly we will only ship to the same address as the original order.

No exchanges unless specifically authorised by Raceonly at their discretion.

If you receive an incorrect or faulty product, please contact us within 30 days of delivery.
